Poor service from Hollywoodbets
I am really disappointed with Hollywoodbets over the years I have spent a lot of money taking bets on this site but today ,I am very disappointed .I made a OZOW instant payment on the Hollywoodbets sit that was my last R300 in my account,till I get paid . The money got deducted from my account but not created to my Hollywood account . Now they all not helping me .The Facebook page person tried to help and said it will be ther in a hour ,The guys I emailed asking me witch day I did the deposit and the best one was the online chat .That person really didn't know anything ,that person asking me what refferance I used .Do they even know how the OZOW instant payment works .They log into your account and you get a msg to accept payment . Maybe Hollywoodbets should show the staff all the different ways to deposit so they not confused when they talk to customers . Now these is no need to deposit the money because I already missed the bet that I wanted to take .
The payments team have advised me that you have been contacted regarding your query. It appears that your transaction was not successful on the portal. What this means, if the money did leave your account, it will take between 24/48 hours to reflect on our bank statements should it come through. We will then credit you accordingly if it reflects. If not, then this should reflect back into your bank account and you will have to attempt to deposit again.
