Poor service

I recently bought free spins, the game closed and said I should return to the lobby, no spins was given, and my money disappeared, I have called in numerous times, and they keep saying they will get back to me, up till now no one could give me feedback, customer service is so poor. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK
