Poor service

I am really not happy with the service I got from the Hollywoodsbets team. I’ve been trying to make a withdrawal for weeks and they keep telling me the same thing that I should change my number and when I tried to change the number linked to the account it keeps giving me an error, when I tried enquiring with them they kept telling me that they will be in contact with me. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks and I’m still not getting any assistance.
