Poor service

On the 18 march 2023 i made cash sent withdrawal via absa its now five days i haven't received my money nor any feedback with regards to my quiry being escalated i call everyday but no help , i use the only chat only to get a response after 30 minute. Im failing to understand how can it take them so long to resolve amatter they say the turn around time is 24 to 48 hours Hollywood is misleading people its very simple and fast to deposit money into they account but having to withdraw its days
