Poor service delivery and unfair business practice

On the 26 October 2023 I have withdrawn R200 via cash send even know I have not received my withdrawal pin I would not recommend anyone to use Hollywood platform their services it's very very poor I spoke to 6 agents today but still my query is not being resolved my number is *** if anyone can assist from Hollywood management or gambling board
