Poor Service Delivery - Acc Activation

It’s ridiculous what a mission it is to Fica your account. After the first attempt, waited weeks with no feedback, had to eventually call in only to find out they don’t accept drivers license (although website states they do). Then uploaded ID, again weeks no feedback. Called in, only to find out I must send copies of my ID as well as a picture of me holding my ID, and they needed a more recent bank statement for proof of address. Now for the 3rd time, I sent everything as requested, another 3 weeks has gone since and still no feedback or activation. I refuse to call in again. If you really want to be a reputable business, you should be more client focused, and the process to take people’s money/deposits, should be as easy as paying out! I kept on depositing and playing, figured out I will resolve later if ever there’s a large enough amount to withdraw but today I realized how below par they are. Registered on a competitor site yesterday, submitted docs etc, deposited, and was verified under 24hrs. Requested an ewallet withdrawal today, and received it immediately. So in my view poor showing Hollywood bets!
