poor service
I have placed a bet with hollywood bets , the bet has won and i have not been paid out by hollywood bets .I have tried chatting on the live chat and my problem has not been resloved ,I have asked for a manager to call me which has not happen . The consultants working at hollywood have no clue as to how the betting system works.I have sent links to them to show them my bet as won and still have not been paid out .
This is not the first time this has happen
This is pure poor service

Are your staff trained on the different bets you offer as again someone mailed and said my bet as lost .
i took a bet in live play on 30 mins for the team to win the rest of the half and they scored on min 45 ,so thats a win .There is a link https://www.flashscore.co.za/match/soccer/france-QkGeVG1n/iceland-6TsAIrGN/?mid=lIfBjahl showing that i have won is this hard to understand .I know its not alot of money for you but its alot for me
