Poor service

I've requested for a withdrawal since the 04/05/2023 till today it's not approved and my FICA is fine. My second withdrawal for the 05/05/2023 was approved but the first one is still pending. I've sent emails for assistance with no response and it's not sorted till today. Poor service.
