Poor service!

It is not the first time I have experienced poor service from Hollywood bets. Their online chat agents are not helpful; I have had issues with deposits; withdrawals and Their lack of communication via their customer service email addresses is concerning for such a large corporate company. I even sent messages to the VIP liaison manager who doesn't bother to respond my messages. I myself am in a managerial position and i find this to be very poor managerial or leadership skills. Other online gambling platforms like sunbet, lottostar and easybet provide much better customer service to their clients! Hollywoodbets should really up their people skills instead of investing millions in marketing and branding to lure customers that they can't provide a proper service to. They advertise withdrawals will be processed within 24 to 48 hours but I am still waiting for funds to be paid to me and my request was submitted more than 48 hours ago. Very disappointing! Perhaps I should've stuck with other platforms.
