POOR SERVICE

Good day,

I would like to report Hollywoodbets for poor service and keeping money paid into their/my betting account by a third party. Account No ***3 was mentioned in the immediate payment and after numerous calls, chats on the bet site and emails, they still did not updated the amount in the HB account. The third party cannot download the payment PDF on her banking app and made a screenshot of the payment.

The call centre people are rude, I spoke to a Thando that also refused to give her surname but insisted on a affidavit and copy of third party that paid the money into their Standard Bank account.

I am very upset and they refuse to give info of their CEO to escalate this. I want to sort this matter out immediately!!!!!!
