Poor service
For the very first time I needed assistance from the agents and I am so disappointed with the service I keep receiving. I was advised to wait 24-48 hours for my query to be resolved but it's been more than 96 hours and I am still waiting. I contacted Hollywood bets for the third time only to be tolled to wait another 24-48 hours again. The service for me is so frustrating.
