Poor service and unresponsive channels... ******** people

Made a deposit of R1000 on 30-Nov-2021, my hollywoodbets acc not credited with this amount to date. Sent an email with proof of payment attached, only got a reply on 6-December-2021, they requesting personal details. What nonsense is this, since when is the proof of payment not enough? I received a delivery failure of the email I sent with requested information. People are being ****med big time! Online chats are useless as they make you wait for over 40 minutes. We face issues and no one is there to assist.
