Poor service and lack of business knowledge

I topped up my account and for over 2 days i am unable to bet due to a error saying the the leg has failed or has been closed. I called to get help because it does not indicate which match is closed. I notified 3 consultants that that error happens even on early betting but no one is willing to assist.
