Poor service and doesnt refund my money!

I have tried on so many occasions to credit my account with immediate payment and it just doesnt go through. upon speaking to the staff, the response i always get it they are waiting for it to reflect, even after ,e sending confirmation from my bank and the platform. THIS IS RIDICULUS! I am now waiting for 2 days for funds to reflect! pathetic! i want my money back!
