Poor service and communication, withdrawals not paid in time.

Since Saturday 27.11.2021 i have been doing eft wthdrawals. And every withdrawal is delayed. This cannot be happening. I am still outstanding withdrawals that is not in my account yet. When i call the support number then i am caller number 106 which means 105 people has issues with the withdrawal service. this is unacceptable. Kindly have my withdrawals paid out urgently.
