Poor service

On Saturday I made deposit of R500 and the money was deducted from my bank account and it was not credited to my hollywoodbets account. I sent an email and was told the deposit was abandoned and will be resolved in 24-48 hours. I called again last night and the person who assisted me said my funds would be credited before end of business yesterday but still. They don't provide feedback you have to chase them around with your Resources for them to assist you. This is really pathetic
