POOR SERVICE

Good day, i have been sending emails to Hollywoodbets FICA department for the past 3 days, i have called them several times, every consultant i spoke to says they don't see the documents i uploaded, they keep telling me to upload them again, i used two platforms( email and a link) to send this documents but it seems none of them have received them. I am tired of calling because you stay for too long on the que and you don't even get help. This is very frustrating and annoying
