Poor service
Yesterday I sent Fica documents after speaking to one of the call centre agents and I received an sms saying my account has been updated and ready to process withdrawals however when I try to withdraw I get an sms saying it's been declined reason is "selfie required", I have sent more than 5 emails to *** however when I try to withdraw it still says that it's been declined..
Can somebody assist?
