Poor service

I also purchased 2 1foryou vouchers yesterday and tried to load them they were saying it's invalid, called Hollywoodbets and I was told they are aware of the problem with vouchers and promised to fix it before the end of the day. Tried later the problem was still there and I called them today in the morning and was promised that by8 or 9 the problem will be fixed. It's too 3 now still the problem hasn't been fixed and they not responding to our text, emails and their helpline number isn't going through now please assist us
