l bought a voucher last week it could not load l cantated hollywood teir promised to help withina day or two, week later still no help every ttime l contact its a story after another whiich is dissapointing, l also made a mistake on reference when depositing l again l contacted hollywood within 5 min of the deposit l wwas told to wait 24 hour when l inquid again their told the voucher has been used up while l contacted the on time l don't know what we call this
