Poor service
I made a withdrawal on Friday 24 November 2023 using Absa cash send,and only received the 10 digit voucher only without the pin, on numerous attempts speaking to hollywoodbets call centre agents and chatting to them on the website,I keep being given a query number and being told to wait 24 hours - 48 hours, I ended up advising them to reverse the money back into the account so I can rather choose to withdraw with an EFT coz clearly absa has issues, this is not the first time this is happening,why are we still allowed to use absa yet we suffer like this

01 Dec 2023, 16:48Hollywood is *******, a **** with their pathetic service, since Friday the 24 November I've been calling their call centre and chatting to their agents on the website an all I get is I must wait for 24-48 hours, same story for 7 days, why must we struggle to withdraw our winnings, why are they still using this ****ty absa If everytime we need to complain about not getting our voucher pin, I asked to speak to a manager and was told managers are not there an supervisors are busy I should call some other time, what the hell...what kind of service is this
