POOR SERVICE
Poor customer service received I have purchased a flash voucher on the 13/10/24 and tried to deposit the voucher on my hollywood account and it did not work .It give me an error that the voucher pin is incorrect .i waited a short while as hollywood bets as a problem sometimes were the voucher takes long to load . When the voucher did not reflect in my account i went on the live chat on hollywoods website and explained my problem and explained that i live far from the place were i purchased the voucher and i cant go back to the shop .I gave them all the information the required , reference number , serial number , date ,time and were i purchased the voucher from, i have taken photos of the voucher and sent it through to them . They told me they will check with flash and come back to me . After 2 days they told me the voucher is not used and it will be credited into my account , From that day till today the 29/10/24 i have not been credited and i checked everyday from that day and i was told to check in the next 24 hours every time . They have changed my query ticket number 3 times , This was the message received on the 13/10/24 from a hollywood consultant

- Hi after 16 days i received a call from Hollywood bets now telling me that the voucher is not compatible with there system and there is basically nothing they can do for me and i need to go back to the shop and return the voucher .Why could this have not been told to me from day one .What were there relevant departments checking and still advising me to check every 24/48 hours . Just to put things into context a 1 voucher is a universal voucher used by many betting companies and i have used this type of voucher 95 percent of the time when topping my Hollywood account and they even have the option to select don't know what type of voucher when loading . .So after all the time speaking to many Hollywood consultants , energy and money on data during this 16 days i have nothing to show for it .They wont credit me the money i spent during this pass 16 days a total loss to me as they are to bigger company to recognize a small customer like me
