Poor Service

I won R3000 on Thursday 9 March 2023 and sent it to Absa Cash Send around 23h00 midnight. The money was supposed to reflect within 24 hours but on Saturday 11 March nothing happened. Went to the Branch n had to wait an hour on hold for a call Centre agent to pick up and was promised the money would be reversed back into my account by Monday 13 March. I went to the Branch again on Monday and after 30min got hold of a Agent that said the matter was escalated n the money would reflect by end of day, nothing happened and I went through on Tuesday again but the results where the same. So 3 escalations later but still no money from Absa Cash send or Hollywood bets.
