Poor Service

Made a deposit via OWNPAY, an instant EFT payment method on the APP, this was 4 days ago, i was told it would take 24-48 hours, was chatting to various employees via the Chat Bot, i was told it was escalated, when i called in, i was told it was never escalated. I am still waiting for my account to be credited. 2 weeks ago, there was a winning result and i was told it was losing, i have proof from reputable sites proving this. I was told they use Flashscore to determine a result, every other time there was a dispute, their source of scores changes to sites that proves a result in their favour and their decision is final. That is bullying tactics. If anyone has experienced similar service, take my word for it, use Betway.
