Poor service

Poor services from a FSP. Firstly my withdrawals was Declined about 17 times. Even after emailing my bank statement. Secondly 2 bets on live games R13000 and R300 which showed as a winning bet however the money wasn't in my account. I've called about 30 times and also emailed. Poor service
