Poor service

Worst service ever. I submitted my ID and proof of address to Hollywoodbets on the 18 of july I received four emails ever since and each time different people are asking me for proof of address with the date and my physical address on the document. The document I submitted clearly had what was required I have absolutely no idea what the people assisting are looking at but the last email I sent to them was on the 25th of july and havent received any feedback ever since. Absolutely poor service
