Poor service

You never take your clients serious because you're satisfied with our money. Since I've lodged a complaint about one of the online games under pragmatic. The game decided to stop playing while I was playing and I never got my winnings. The error that showed on the slot was * account error, wait for account manager to confirm the winnings* I've sent multiple emails and screenshots of the error but still no luck. Till today I can't play this game coz it got stuck with my winnings
