Poor service

The consultants here seem to not know their work. I have 3weeks trying to register for hollywoodbets account I couldn't register as it kept saying my ID number is already in use. I called in five times last week and I was transferred from one consultant to another with no assistance. The last two consultants told me they were going to escalate and will get back to me I never got a feedback. I called in today another consultant told me he escalated and will get back to me. I doubt I will ever be able to fix this!!
