Poor service

Hi I am Andrew.. On 2023/05/31 at about 14.53 I took my wife to the Phoenix Hollywood bets to have a mutton bunny chow. Since I know the food quality from Springfield Park I convinced her to go toThe Phoenix branch. On our arrival at the restaurant I was told by the ladies that there is no mutton but veges and chicken. We were very hungry and we were totally disapointed at the service not having mutton. My wife was somewhat angry as I cancelled her plans to go to Hollywood bets.. I think on a month end you dont have food is a total downer and a disgrace for such a big organisation that sponsors soccer club Brentford in the EPL... This expierence has left a bad taste in my mouth and I came to check the place out as well to bring 10 friends for the FA cup final on This saturday... Totally disappointed and shocked at what i expierenced... Dont think I will be coming to this place again... It doesnt deserve any stars. Bad to terrible service... Andrew ***...
