Poor service
I did a withdrawal of R500 on the 12/11/2021and have not received any payment. I called on the 15/11/2021 and was advised it has been escalated still no response. I used the chat service today and the same feedback. Please sort this today my account is 608284 or get a manager to call me. Service sucks big time
