Poor service

I made a deposit yesterday of R400,from my ABSA account to Hollywood's ABSA account.The money hasn't been credited.I contacted Hollywood and sent them proof of payment.Theeey said I should contact my bank,and have my money reversed because it is not on their side.I contacted my bank,it says the money has been cleared.But still, Hollywood doesn't want to give me my money.R400 is a lot of money.
