Poor service

did a absa cashsend withdrawal on the 25 /12 they sent me the pin but no voucher number so I called and told them not to send me the voucher but put money back into my hollywoodbets accounts ,to date nothing as been done .I have phoned everyday emailed facebook messaged and consultants keep lieing and say in 24 hours money will be back in account .really frustrating as see my deposits for the year over 200k .I want my money back in my account and I won't use yourll again as this is nonsense.
