Poor service
Customer service is terrible they closed my account and been trying to open it for months

17 Aug 2024, 22:00Still no assistance instead auto responses for two months asking for one thing saying it’s been updated but no change. Firstly they said there’s a referral bonus if you refer someone and they spend R75 that was never done instead they closed my account when I complained then no one assists when I request for the account to be opened it’s been over 2 MONTHS NOW.
