Poor response in dealing with staff at Hollywood bets

I have requested an EFT from my Hollywoodbet account to my bank account on 14th June 2020. However, up to now my EFT has still not been processed. I have been to my bank, and they say the problem is not on their side. I have been sending bank statements to Hollywoodbets as requested but still no joy. My account number is 767, Thanks.
