Poor quality on problem solving

Extremely poor service .

I have recently played a few bets on the livegames (aviator game).

Whilst cashing out my 2 tickets , I was not paid and both tickets currently display active from the 28th of October 2021.

I have been calling hollywoodbets multiple times over the past few weeks to only receive the exact same response from the consultant and team leader on duty,

"We have emailed our developers and are awaiting for feedback".

Today marks day 15 and this issue has not been resolved which is resulting in me wasting alot of airtime by calling in everyday hoping for a good response.

I have also requested that the bets be refunded however I am still not winning with these people.

I am aware that this issue will just be directed to the helpline department however I just want people to be aware of the betting service provider they choose to use inorder for them to avoid situations like this.

From my point of view it does not take 15 days to rectify a system error.

I wish that there was someone out there that can assist because I am currently running in circles with the Hollywoodbets Team.
