Poor quality of service from Hollywoodbets and its consultants when it comes to withdrawal of winnings

I won winnings on Hollywood bets and the money appeared in my account of hollywoodbets. The nightmare comes when I wanted to withdraw into my bank account. The system kept asking about ID copy, proof of residence and account number. It has been going on and on for the past 3 weeks now. Even the help desk would repeat the same request even if I am to sent them to each of them several times on the same day. I found this organisation and its representative to be very *********** and helpless. Till this day I would run out of data sending the required documents only to be asked by the next consultant.
