Poor poor service from hollywoodbets
I always taught Hollywoodbets were the best but I guess I was wrong I took one soccer bet and won with them it was a loosing bet but I qualify for the money back promotion and these guys are not honoring their promotion I'm really really disappointed first ever money back and you guys are not honoring it I really feel like closing my account with url poor very poor

We have investigated the ticket in question, and this ticket did not qualify for the soccer money back promotion. When you have more than 15 teams on your ticket, the odds on need to be greater than 25/1 (which it was not), and therefore your ticket did not qualify for our promotion.
