Poor poor

I played a ticket of 8 legs and with the first team been postponed for that day on the 9/12/2017. And all seven teams went according to the way I selected the problem became when that postponed leg played on the following day which was the 10th .when I asked for the promotion which they advertise they said it's not them who postponed the game. But automatically the don't want to refund me
