Poor management s**** and total lack of service

I’m am tired of these ****** attitudes of your staff In Boksburg but it’s evident that they get it from their manager Faro. He should never be in any supervisor capacity nevertheless a manager. I went to play lucky 7. The cashier told me to go to next cashier. When I got to next cashier she had to log on 1st and by the time she had done that the system was closed already. I then waited. In front of the cashier until the system opened and then asked her to play again she then told me no ho to the other cashier!! When I went to Faro to tell him about it his lame response was, “ did you ask the cashier why she is not helping you”!!! He then turned around and started a conversation with a black customer sitting at the machines. He didn’t even go to the cashier just turned around and walked over to his friend. Your company doesn’t need people like this unless you of course support their behavior! Is “ white” money not good enough for hollywood??? I’m posting this on social media as well!
