Poor hollywood bets service

Im not happy with hollywood bets, i topped up my account on the 16th the amount was deducted from my bank account but never reflected in my hollywoodbets account. After informing them and REPEATEDLY sending my proof of payment and other details,they still have not provided me any feedback regarding this matter. Very quick to ask for proof but not as quick to resolve problems i see.
