POOR HOLLYWOOD BETS SERVICE

I have placed a bet on my Hollywood bets account on 9 August. The bet was a multiple bet for two horses to win. Both won but the last horse was demoted to second place after an objection. My bet was regarded as a loosing bet. I phoned Hollywood and did an enquiry seeing they are known for their Irish Objection Rule. I was told that my bet was a loosing bet seeing that its not a single win but a multiple win with two horses. I kindly requested the rules and regulations that stipulated their so called facts. When I perused the regulations, point numbered 4 stipulated that the refund to the objection rule is only for straight win bets. My question followed as an experienced punter. What is a straight win bet. I was told that its a single winning bet. To get to the point, the rule says straight winning bet, not single straight winning betting. So therefore according to the wording of the regulations and as well as to my understanding, is a straight winning bet where a horse needs to win. So irrespective if its in a multiple or a single bet. If the horse was included in a multiple but was for a straight winning bet. Then the rule covers the multiple bet as well. I hope I make sense as it was like Greek to the lady I spoje to. As a punter for many years at Hollywood Bets, this is a big let down. If rules and regulations are stipulated and the correct wording are utilized then I have no problem. But dont enforce a decision and your workers cant justify it. Very Very Poor service
