Poor Customer Support – Unresolved Withdrawal Issue
On the 4th of March, I made two withdrawals via ABSA Cash Send on Hollywood Bets:
R300 withdrawal
R500 withdrawal
When I attempted to redeem them, I received a message stating that the funds had already been redeemed. However, I never received the money. I immediately contacted Hollywood Bets for assistance, but their support team has been unhelpful, providing no resolution or meaningful feedback.
As a loyal customer, I expected better service and quicker problem-solving. It is frustrating to deal with an issue like this without any real support. I hope Hollywood Bets takes customer concerns seriously and resolves this matter as soon as possible.
