POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT
STOP USING HOLLYWOODBETS, i requested a withdrawl today 29/04/2025 at 19:11 and my account was locked and they sent this sms "Hi, your withdrawal request of R15000 has been declined for the following reason: Additional FICA documents required. Upload here: fica.hollywoodbets.net" and when i go to this link and put my ID number it says "Your FICA documents have previously been submitted". and livechat is disabled, i have to login first, how do i log in if i'm blocked. when you phone them, they do not pick up. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT
