Poor customer service:Withdrawals
I'm not sure what going on but the service sucks big time..I had done a withdrawal on the 16th August....told to wait 24 - 48 hours..until today I had not received any withdrawal Insta cash pin..I called ..waited on line until I got some help that was today in the morning around 8...when I do I was told to wait the new Standard bank Insta cash voucher and pin will be released again after 2 hrs..only the voucher pop up but no pin to get cash...So please advise how long does one need to wait again ....to get a pin to access fund ??
