Poor customer services

Hollywoodbets is very irritating this days.i dnt know if i should say *********** or ****ful.we win fairly but we struggle when it comes to receiving our money.the only reaponse we get is that the matter has been escalated.but no help.since 18th to this date i still havnt received my winnings i believe i was ****med because i waa told it doesnt apear on system.i still dont have answers. Yesterday again i made 2 withdrawals i only receive one.and to my suprise i received the one i requested late because it wa small money.the one i requested first because its more money im atruggling to get it.im told its pending.why is it pending whereas that other one is not pending
