Poor customer service that ruins an excellent brand name

I have been a few times to the Hollywood bets Phoenix branch which is close to another betting centre.Ive waiting many years for Hollywood to open in Phoenix and really believe in the brand and I have seen the great work they do for the horseracing game and the Sa economy as well however I have had some very poor customer service experiences at your Phoenix branch.Some of the staff are not up to standard and dont know how to deliver exceptional customer service.I jave a tendency of calling out bets.I just had 2 bets with less than 10 teams and this consultant Sphesihle Nzimande was complaining about searching for the teams and that i should use the card.He shook his head after taking my bets and I said I have always taken bets this way.He said that its easy for me and not fot him.Im also in the customet service business and recruiting of capable and competent staff is important.Hollywood is an excellent company but you shouldnt start to lose customers because of poor recruitment.The Durban July is coming up and if someone cant handle the job on a normal dat then they will struggle with more aggresive punters on busy days.Start recruiting bettet quality of staff.
