Poor customer service from Hollywoodbets.

I am not happy with the Hollywoodbets withdrawal department live chat department as well, and their support centre I've made a withdrawal on the 09/02/2023 and I've got an sms saying that the withdrawal that I made was declined because of the bank system was offline,fine then I've send several emails and Dm's via their social media platform but till today my refunded nor deposit was made to my account. I've been told stories and stories that the matter was escalated to the withdrawal department and the issue will be resolved. I've been calling and calling sending emails not even a respond I even send attached messages from their live chats platform which Is that platform is not doing any justice you'll wait and wait cause you'll be given a specific waiting time then youll end up waiting for more than the time you were given and no one is trying to assist you instead if you don't respond they will be sending you a message saying they are closing the chat. I am not happy at all with their customer service across all departments cause honestly speaking it's frustrating and annoying having to send emails and emails with no one getting back to you so can they please at least do my deposit to my account or refund me back my money to my Hollywoodbets account that's all I am asking for here are my details as follows
