Poor customer service

Made a deposit on Friday the 27/01/2023 It didn’t reflect, I’ve been calling the call centre and I’ve sent many emails and still no help or response, I was caller number 12 the other morning at 5 I had to wait an hour for someone to pick up just to tell me to send an email, today I call and I’m caller number 90? How many hour wait is that
