Poor customer service at Hollywoodbets

On the 13 December 2023, I played roulette online and to my dismay, my winning and available funds disappeared from my account. I contacted customer support and the on-line chat on several occasions with no satisfactory feedback. I sent a screenshot of the bettings sheet to customer support on several occasions, and the only response I get is that they are unable to find the betting history. Hollywoodbets do not respond to queries and do not honour promises. Every time you register a query with the support team, you deal with a new agent and frustratingly repeat your query several times. There is a substantial amount of money in my funds and I am to this day unable to get any feedback or decision making authority at Hollywoobets.
