Poor customer service and unprofessionalism

Poor customer service done by a manager of Hollywood bet in Johannesburg CBD on the 4th of July 2020. His name is Justice he would let people who come to to collect money for their winning bets stand at a queue for more than two hours telling them there is no money yet he goes outside and fetch winnings bets from his friends and collect the money on their behalf in front of us. It's so disappointing because as a manager he must serve the interests of all the clients of Hollywood bet not to serve the interests his friend.H demonstrated a high level of unprofessionalism.
